Do not hesitate to indicate a specific format or event for YOUR wedding
reception.

  • BMF has over 40,000 songs available for your wedding reception, and you may even bring
    your own Cd's if you think we may not have a particular selection.

  • Music selections includes:  Classical, Country, Rock, R&B, Hip Hop, Jazz, Bluegrass, Oldies,
    Pop, Heavy Metal, any style you desire from past to present.

  • Your wedding planner will be designed to meet your needs for your special day.  Lighting is
    included.  Wireless microphones will be available.

Suggestions for reception events:
  1. DJ playing soft background music as guests arrive after the wedding ceremony
  2. DJ announces the bridal party (optional), followed by the bride and groom
  3. Approximately 15 minutes after the bride and groom arrive, the DJ will announce the buffet line is
    opened or announcing the serving of your meal.
  4. The Best Man traditionally will make a toast either before, during or after the meal.  Any other toasts
    may follow after the Best Man.
  5. DJ will announce cutting of the cake after all guests have been through the buffet line, allowing guests
    time to obtain their camera for personal photos.
  6. DJ will organize/announce the bouquet toss, followed by the garter toss.
  7. DJ will request the Bride and Groom for their first dance together, followed by the Father of the Bride to
    join his daughter for a dance.  All other formal dances as desired.
  8. DJ will pick up the mood with some party music, keeping it a little older for the grand-parents and
    early birds.
  9. Dollar Dance will begin approximately 15 minutes after party music, with slow dance music.
  10. All your formalities are now complete and it's time to relax and enjoy the rest of your day.
Your wedding planner should be returned no later than 30 days prior to your event.  It may
be difficult to obtain some obscure songs that you may request.
